The Aero Spacelines B-377 SG Super Guppy is a four-engine oversize-cargo freighter aircraft produced by the American manufacturer Aero Spacelines.

The Super Guppy is like their predecessor the Aero Spacelines Pregnant Guppy a modification of the Boeing 377 Stratocruiser. The first Super Guppy (SG) uses a fuselage from a Boeing C-97J Turbo Stratocruiser (military turboprop variant of the 377 Stratocruiser). The other four built Super Guppies, called Super Guppy Turbine (SGT) were higher modified and equipped with more powerful Allison 501-D22C Turboprops. The useful cabin volume is 1104 m³ / 39000 ft³.
