The Yakovlev Yak-27R is a twin-engined two-seat supersonic reconnaissance aircraft developed by the Soviet Design Bureau OKB Yakovlev, today A.S. Yakovlev Design Bureau JSC, Russia. Although the Yak-27 was designed as a single-seat supersonic interceptor aircraft only the reconnaissance version Yak-27R entered service.
